Just some updates
Basically, it’s been almost two months since I have posted a blog post (and actually kept it). So prepare yourself, this is going to be a long one (that’s what she said 
)
CMS no longer in progress
One of the biggest things I’d like to report on, is the fact that my main project for the longest time, is no longer being worked on. I know some of my followers
will be disappointed by this, but don’t fret! Though I have scrapped the CMS, it is now being developed as simply a forum system. The reason behind this is that, to be honest, I had no clue what should and shouldn’t be in a CMS package by default; and it lead to a lot of frustration and annoyance – so I decided to scrap it. The new
project will be called EA_Forums.
Site Improvements
So if you haven’t noticed, I have basically completely revamped the site. 
I got bored of the old theme, so I decided to use WordPress’ Twenty-Eleven theme, and made some enhancements to it. I widened the overall view of the theme, widened the post content area, added some gradients here and there, as well as modified the main menu to have some CSS3 transition effects. It’s nothing big, but I figured I would share what I have done with the site, since I have nothing else to post right now. My next adventure (or nightmare) will probably be trying to get the dropdown menus to show if you are on that current page, so you don’t have to hover over the parent menu to see it’s sub-pages; and I also plan on re-working some of my pages (such as the Projects page) to show more information on the first page so you don’t need to click as many links to get to what you want to know.
Vacation
Recently, I went on a vacation with my sister Nikki, my Mom and Dad, and my girlfriend Brie. I’m not gonna lie, it started off being slow and a little boring (the first day). However, once we actually got settled in and got used to being somewhere different, it was fucking AWESOME! We went boating, went to midway park, went fishing, and we also played some ladderball (which I would like to note that me and Brie are the champions of! 
)
